BIG ANNOUNCEMENT
Thailand. Wellness. And what's next.
If you're reading this, you're part of a circle of friends, colleagues and mentors who have mattered in my life. The last 18 months brought extraordinary change. Now, something new is taking shape—and I'm excited to finally share a little of it with you. A new country. A new professional chapter. And a much bigger vision for what's ahead.
FIRST, LET’S CONNECT THE DOTS
The last 18 months weren't always easy. Family changes. Career transition. Uncertainty. Reinvention. The pieces started coming together.
Healing became personal.
My work in psychedelic medicine deepened—alongside clinicians, entrepreneurs, veterans and families exploring new approaches to trauma, mental health and healing.
Service found a bigger purpose.
I became deeply involved in expanding access to innovative treatments for veterans, building partnerships and helping raise the resources to make that healing possible.
Wellness became my lane.
Psychedelics opened the door. But my curiosity kept expanding—into longevity, preventative health, human performance and the larger question of how we can live healthier, longer and more meaningful lives.
And I started building again.
Advising founders. Connecting people and capital. Developing ventures. Bringing unlikely people together around ideas that matter. I rediscovered something I've always known:
Connecting good people around big ideas is where I come alive.
THE NEXT CHAPTER
Then Thailand entered the picture. Not as an escape. As an opportunity.
This September, I'm relocating to Bangkok and beginning a new professional chapter in Southeast Asia.
01 — Bangkok
Thailand puts me at the crossroads of a region experiencing remarkable growth in healthcare, wellness, entrepreneurship and investment. It also brings me back to Asia—a part of the world that has been woven into my professional life before.
It feels less like starting over and more like coming full circle.
02 — A New Professional Base
I'll be working alongside longtime friend and international attorney Ira Blumenthal and his Bangkok-based law firm, helping develop relationships and opportunities across business, healthcare, wellness and international markets.
Asia. Israel. The United States. Three worlds that are increasingly becoming one for me.
03 — Wellness + Investment
At the same time, I'm building with a small group of accomplished friends and colleagues around a field we believe is only beginning: Mental health. Wellness. Longevity. Psychedelics. Human performance. Finding promising people and companies. Connecting expertise and capital. Helping consequential ideas move forward. In many ways, it brings together everything I've spent my career doing. It wasn't a pivot. It was a convergence.
WHY I'M SHARING THIS
The best chapters of my life have always been built through relationships. That's really why I'm sending this to you.
Not because I have some grand announcement perfectly figured out. I don't. But something meaningful is unfolding, and I want the people who have mattered to me to remain part of it. So I'd ask you for three simple things:
Stay connected.
Email me. Text me. Call me. Tell me what's happening in your world, too. Relationships only matter if we keep investing in them.
Open a door.
If someone comes to mind—in Thailand, Southeast Asia, Israel, wellness, healthcare, investing or simply somewhere interesting—I'd love the introduction. Some of the most important chapters of my life began with one person saying: “You two should know each other.”
Stay tuned.
I'm planting several seeds right now. Over the next couple of months, I'll share more about what we're building, the people involved and some of the opportunities beginning to emerge. I have a feeling there's much more to this story.
THE CIRCLE
Different geography. Same people who matter.
Moving halfway around the world has made me think a lot about what we actually carry with us.
Experiences, certainly. But mostly people. Friends who believed in us. Mentors who challenged us. Colleagues who opened doors. People we helped—and people who helped us. I want to be more intentional about keeping those relationships alive.
So wherever I happen to be—Bangkok, San Diego, Israel, Medellin or somewhere I haven't discovered yet—I hope you'll remain part of my circle.
Not a mailing list. A relationship. And if it's been too long since we've talked, maybe this is our excuse to change that.
WHAT'S NEXT
The next chapter starts now. I can't tell you exactly where all of this leads.
And at this stage of life, I've learned that's not necessarily a bad thing. I know what I'm moving toward:
Meaningful work. Extraordinary people. Better health. Bigger ideas. New parts of the world. And another opportunity to build something that matters.
Thailand is where the next chapter begins.
Wellness and human potential are increasingly where my work is headed. And the people I've met along the way—including you—are a big part of what makes the adventure worthwhile. So stay close. Send me a note. Give me a call. Make an introduction. Tell me what you're working on. And watch this space. I'll have more to share soon.
